The event brought together a select group of five technicians, a VET teacher, and an academic from a military institution to establish the groundwork for a new European professional standard in drone repair<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"526\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"99\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"527\">Defining the Future of Drone Technicians <span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"568\">As part of the <\/span>Erasmus+<span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"591\"> funded initiative, &#8220;Developing Vocational Skills of Electro-Mechanical Technicians for UAV Maintenance and Repair,&#8221; the Polish workshop focused specifically on <\/span>Module 5: Documentation and Communication<span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"793\">. Participants engaged in occupational analysis using the <\/span>DAKUM method<span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"872\">, identifying the precise knowledge and skills required for technicians to manage maintenance logs and customer relations effectively<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1005\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"527\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1347\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1397\">A highlight of the day was a practical presentation by <\/span>Poldrone<span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1460\">, a leading company specialising in drone technology for both civilian and military use<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1547\">. Technicians showcased their <\/span>newest military drone prototype<span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1608\">, performing two flight demonstrations accompanied by detailed technical commentary<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1691\">.
